USER LICENSE AGREEMENT


Rights

AdvMathAppl Corporation grants to the Licensee purchasing the
registered version of the software (SLAE Solver) a non-exclusive, nontransferable
license to use the software ("Software") and its documentation for use under the terms and conditions of
this License Agreement. 

Limitations

Users may not use the product in any way that will be harmful to any person,
business, or society.
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software product(s).
Users may not sell the product. 

Copyrights

All title and intellectual property rights in and to the software product(slae.prc) and all
accompanying materials are owned by AdvMathAppl Corporation.
CASLrt.prc is property of Feras Information Technologies. 
Palm OS and Palm are registered trademarks of Palm, Inc. or its subsidiaries.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AdvMathAppl Corporation  be liable for any special, incidental, indirect,
or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the 
software product(s)/services or the failure to provide support services.

Disclaimer of Warranty. 

Licensee acknowledges and agrees that
the use of the Software and all accompanying documentation is at
Licensee's sole risk. The Software and documentation are provided
"AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS, THE STATED WARRANTIES ARE IN
LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, STATUTORY,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION THERETO, THE
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE,  AND NONINFRINGEMENT. AdvMathAppl Corporation 
DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL
MEET LICENSEE'S REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE
WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS. 
AdvMathAppl Corporation SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE OR FOR ANY REASON, OR FOR
COMMERCIAL LOSSES OF ANY CAUSE, WHETHER OR NOT IT HAS RECEIVED
NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OR CERTAINTY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDE ANY LOSS OF INFORMATION, DAMAGE TO
COMPUTER OR MONITOR, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS AND
ANY OTHER MONETARY LOSS.
